NHSBA Legal Services Posts Three New Articles

Summary:
New NHSBA Staff Attorney Barrett Christina has authored three cutting edge legal articles for NHSBA Members. The articles deal with the various legal issues surrounding Highly Qualified Teachers, the complexities of the Right to Know Law (particularly in the non-public session setting), and the current status of a lawsuit of state-wide importance dealing with a school board being sued for informing its citizens about budget matters.
